Delete your TourCue account
You can delete your TourCue account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and the limited records the law requires us to keep.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the TourCue app.
- Tap the gear / settings icon on the Home screen.
- Tap Delete my account & data and confirm.
Your account is removed immediately and a confirmation email is sent.
Request by email
If you can’t access the app, email info@tourcue.com from the address on your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” We acknowledge within 10 business days and complete deletion within 45 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Your name, email, phone, emergency contact, and vehicle details.
- Live location data and any device push token.
What is retained (anonymized)
A few records are kept with your personal identifiers removed, because the law requires it:
- Financial transaction records (payment amounts) — retained 7 years for accounting and tax.
- Waiver / safety acknowledgments — retained 5 years.
These records no longer identify you personally.
